J&J Administrative Services and Solutions, Inc. was founded by Jamica Bush and JaLynne Santiago and has since grown to include our newest Central Florida associate Jamie Bush. J&J was officially formed in 2010 after continuously observing businesses fail or not grow due to a lack of business acumen. Sad to say this is an unnecessary reality for business owners who lack knowledge and/or resources. We exist so business owners don't have to discard their time, talents, and treasures. Jamica holds an B.S. from Columbia College of Missouri in Management & Marketing. She co-founded J&J Administrative Services and Solutions, Inc. after successfully working in nonprofit management with a focus on grant writing and compliance including operational and programmatic development. Jamica has over 10 years of service in the Jacksonville community supporting nonprofits that serve the community and child development. Her positions have included: Board member, Fundraising volunteer, and Community outreach advocate. Currently she serves as a Board Member for two schools. As well as manages fund compliance reporting to ensure proper use of external funds from various sources including federal, state, and nonprofit agencies.

JaLynne holds an B.S. in Accouting from Florida A&M University. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and is currently preparing for the CPA exam. She co-founded J&J Administrative Services and Solutions, Inc. after inquiries from several small business owners and nonprofits. JaLynne specializes working in nonprofit administration, point-of-sale for retailers, and payroll administration. JaLynne has over 10 years of service in the Jacksonville nonprofit community. Her positions have included: Staff Accountant, Accountant, and Bookkeeper. Currently she is working with ministries helping Pastors and administrators understand the importance of their financial records.
